Great car to drive & a lot for the dough.

Like a two-stroke, the engine is a consumable item, so good luck with it! Four-rotor rebuild might be fun...

Car got good results on the engine compression test so fingers crossed the rotors will last a while.

Nick, 'tis a lot for the money, insurance under 300 too.

No real chance yet to give it some mustard due to the weather but I have noticed it has terrible torque below 4k RPM but goes like stink in the 5 - 10k range

£70 fill up will last about 200 - 250 miles.

When I was looking for local ASNU injector cleaning I came across these guys - http://www.reworx.com/services.htm I haven't used them so can't say wat they are like but it's always handy to know of specialists

Coils, leads, plugs pretty damned often, cats die relatively fast, oil use isn't much of a concern really - most modern piston motors use as much - but, make sure it's a half decent semi-synth, many people lob the cheapest, nastiest stuff they can in them and kill the bearings or stationary gears.

Chances of it actually putting out 231bhp are somewhere between slim and none.
