Default Car storage 3-5 months

Anyone have any experience of this?

I need to store 2 cars while building work goes on at my house

in theory i could remove my side fences and park them out at the rear of the property but interested in what it might cost to put them in pro storage where they start em, trickle etc

any experience welcome

You might PM Gaddafi, if he doesn't bimble along soon.

IIRC, he was looking into something like that.

I use professional storage to hibernate my NSX for ~4 months per year.

I'm in the SE so mentioning the company wont help you, but cost-wise, I pay £25/week. The car sits in a large warehouse type building under a cover and on a CTEK charger for the duration of storage. I'm welcome to go along and 'exercise' the car pretty much whenever I want (they will do this for me, but at a cost).

Ian's charge is typical. £20-£25 per week for basic storage. Lots of extras on top such as 'exercising' the car monthly. Think like a car wash - bronze, silver, gold, platinum service

Obviously much safer than your average lockup

Tread carefully - some Asian fcuk down here ripped off loads of people (search Pistonheads for his details nr Gatwick)

Good for me though - I'm a sleeping partner in a storage business

My mate who had my second S might know somewhere at the other end of Brian Clough Way.
He was in the motor trade before he retired recently.
Will I give him a bell?

answer:
the M of course
