cant you get voucher type things; i have a weird feeling that alot of the car mags are published by just 1 or 2 publishers, and you can get vouchers from publisher that can be spent on a years subscription to any of their mags...

could be way wrong though...

could you ask his dad for some pointers on what type of chav mag would be the best; jap, ford, general etc...

Print media is finished!

Or it's certainly looking that way for the target demographic.

Revs and Max Power have both gone / are going.

The bottom has dropped out of the "lads" mag market, Only FHM is trading anything like sustainable numbers although it's a long way from it's 1m copies peak.

As others have said, EVO could be the best option.

With the demise of motoring magazine versions of the Sun newspaper you're left with TopGear which like the TV programme presenters is a bit 'Little Boys Who Haven't Grown Up Lager Ladish', yet protests too much it is NOT Chav.

EVO & OCTANE far too up-market with big long words and articles about superior expensive machinery for the superior person.

Automotive news?

The regular mags just recycle press releases, AFAIAC.

I occasionally read Banzai; I sort of admire that JDM-nonsense!
