Most have some tuner/ricer parts on them somewhere.

You can probably tell I intend to grow old disgracefully!

Still no closer. Might just get him a box of quality street and iTunes vouchers, safe but boring.

I like creative presents, his sister is just getting her first house (not a Christmas present) so she's getting a pink power drill for Christmas.

That had crossed my mind but this is the sticks so he's already a regular down at the local.

Buy him a Water for Africa subscription.

It'll learm him how important some small things are and what a CWOT and money buying pointless Xmas presents is for people who have everything and how people are suckered into buying loads of pointless toot every year, that end up in landfill.

If he's likely to want to get his hands dirty at some point:

http://www.ppcmag.co.uk/

Cancelled my EVO subscription two years ago (although I regularly take them up on the 3 issues for £1 deal ) in favour of PPC. The basic concept of a proof reader seems to have escaped PPC but I find it a much more interesting read than the usual EVO drivel about the latest Ferrari or Porsche.
