Are you sure its not fast?

I cant comment on how fast it is as I have never driven one.

Going by that Top Gear video it looks to stick like glue, and it did that wet lap in nearly the same time as an Aston and an Elise.

Surely its no slouch with 255 bhp.

I take the point on bits falling off it, but its true that one of its big plus point is definately its looks and engine.

I'm saying I don't think it's fast enough

s2000 fast I'd say

pretty ordinary compared to your car

250 bhp but 1400kg

Yep it is a heavy beast.

I have been reading that a few tweaks can release a lot of power, due to it having to be detuned when they first brought it out. Allegedly an exhaust and ECU mod can free up a lot of power. Shall look into that.

I think mine now needs more poke, you get used to it too quick

I definately haven't ruled out an S2000 as the next steed either, quite likely in fact.

Cheers Mikey

I thought I would have slowly dissapeared from the board and been on the EVO one, but I think im posting on here more than ever

Mainly due to my fascination with the car, and some nice peeps on here too.

Id like to get an S and S/C it properly, or go for the ITB thing...

Nah, sorry.

So with Gad on this.

Plus the Clio thing - it's a car that only a girl who knows f all about cars could like. Like the Beetle Cabrio, in fact.

Even if it were an excellent car, hiding it under a pox box body finishes it.

Think about it; Metro 6R4 or Jag XJ220 - under which body would YOU rather hide the platform?
