If they are H4s then a google for "100/80 H4" throws up some options for you.

i have been pulling up stuff with the 100/80, and they are not road legal, now as these one will be used for dipped beam, could that be an issue of me ?

i have a dash control which can alter the level of the dipped beam (for when towing etc) so i could use that and put an 80-100W bulb in, but would that be ok ??

And yes they are H4's

Thing is, if the reflector's a crap design, a stronger blub isn't really gonna help. That's the issue withthe EK4 Civic.

They're cheap (

i dont have a huge amount to spend on the front as i have a lot better things to be spending my cash on, but i just want an increase in visibility... and looking at under

where can i get 80w dipped and i take it i can buy 100w buld for 'non road use only' purposes, but as said above.... will i get heat issues from the bulb if i do this ?
Again, depends on the light design, but the heat can lead to fogging of the plastic cover.

Especially if the lens wraps close to the lamp.

i am driving slow (ish) but when driving at night it is nice to see where you are going, not have a haze of light comming from the front of the car doing sod all to light up the road

All I'd say is that if you do choose to bolt on extra lights rather than replace the H4s with 'off-road use only' bulbs (which is what I'd do), then make sure you attach them at least as high up as the main lights (it won't be pretty), otherwise, you'll just end up lighting up the road just in front of the car rather than half a mile down the road which I presume is what you're after. If you're thinking about mounting them in the grill at the same level as the fog lights - forget it.
