I'm with Mark if RB became champion, i'd be ecstatic. He has fought a lot, including being in Michael/Ferrari's pocket.

It'd be a nice signoff.

Like I said on the F1 thread in the Car Talk forum, as much as I'd like to see JB win, I can't help but think that Rubens Barichello would be a worthier winner of the 2009 championship.

I hate to say it, but JB looks to be a choker. Let's hope he proves me wrong and pulls something out of the bag tomorrow.

with the OP! Mark, I think he is jittered but it all remains to be won.

The F1 championship is much like the Premiership these days.

It's stamina that counts - it goes right down to the wire.

Much better than when Shumie won by August ...

Or when Villa last won anything Mark

You have to go back a hell of a lot further to find when Norwich won anything, Rog!

Like I said, I'd love to see Jensen fulfil that early promise and belatedly win the championship. But he hasn't looked like a champion in the last few races and RB has made more of the same car after the initial Brawn supremacy "wore off".

But for all of that, as you say, he still holds the whip hand. Even if Rubens wins tomorrow and Jensen doesn't get any points, he's still master of his own destiny in Abu Dhabi.

Its not over until the flag falls tommorow if it rains its anyones but come Jenson. Rubens is great and this is his last chance to be world champ but he took the money riding shotgun for schuey, he mite of been champ before now because of that.

Set the qualifying and the following programme to record due to the forecast and they shift it to bbc2!

No hint of the bbc2 coverage on iplayer.

Bum.
