F20C coffee table?
I'd rather have a collection of Boson heads on the wall than that piece of hideous tat taking up floor space.
Edit:
Here are some examples of Bosson heads for those who've never seen them or are too young to remember...
£1000 for a table? Does it suck your c0ck and do over time for you?
No?
Ahhhhhh, it has an easy charlie removal system finish to it...
Makes sense now...
I paid £30 for my coffee table (Glass) and I dropped a bed on it 4 years ago. Thing flexed about 3 inches. Still going strong.
Fsucks sake, £1000 for a table!!! '...Hand crafted with pubes from ex Ferrari F1 drivers....' or something.

What price art?
Very good quality veneers, cast and polished legs, considered proportions and original design (as opposed one that's been copied) combined with a limited production run mean these products will never be sold for £30 or at an Ikea price tag.
I guess it depends upon the 'value' one puts upon one's living environment; it's not just a coffee table per se, it an objet d'art which makes the aesthetics of living more pleasurable.
Funny thing taste.
It's less a case of taste and more a case of disposable income burning a big hole - that and a need to surround oneself with stuff. How you choose to justify the purchase is up to you but the fact remains its an over priced coffee table.

....... cheap wine!
