Is that the one I told you about the other day?

Good choice mate, nice colour. Common as muck since I got mine tho.
No mate, not this time, it was actually the one I used as a demo myself and as we were discussing the set-up / looks, the dealership guy who knew I was going for brand new just said "Well what about that one? It's what you are talking about" and pointed to the one I still standing next to.

So I umm-ed and arr-ed about the purchase of an ex demo, popped in on Tuesday and asked a few more questions and made my mind up 2 days ago.

More news to follow after dinner.

By the way, there will soon be a tasty upgrade path from the Elise too - the 2008 Esprit, powered by a BMW V8:

Yep, we chatted about them today. Apparently Keith from The Prodigy has put a deposit on one for 2008 yesterday.

Awesome car - about 60 ish grand and a 911 turbo or better killer IMHO

That Esprit looks like a mini-Gallardo

A blatant rip off, IMO but the Gallardo is no ugly car so fair enough!

And everyone and their dog copied the Esprit for 20 years so it's about time they got to borrow someone else's ideas.

Hmm 60k, still if Lotus finance could do me as good a deal as they did with the Elise...

That Espirit picture looks like a really nasty "Autocar" style photochop of an S2 Elise

I'm just flitting through the PH Exige ads at the moment....then I think what it would be like to live with on longer runs.
