It's not Bernie's crippling entry fees' fault. The germans can only blame themselves. -Bernie.
Right..

Seems like the old guy is on a campaign, trying to improve his image... ..By blaming everything on someone else.
If Bernie opens his mouth, there's a secret agenda.
I'm guessing he really really wants people to side with him and not Ferrari in the current "power struggle".

And it has absolutely nothing to do with the German bribery scandal he paid his way out of. Nothing at all to do with revenge on the dastardly Germans.

I'll continue watching on Sky, although I will be watching it live in Singapore this year (the parties afterwards are the main reason for going!)

I've actually cancelled Sky; F1 was really all I was watching. There's still NowTV but I was going to see if I could stand the BBC.

I'm trying to find out just how much the BBC have saved by early termination. Does anyone have any details about compensation payments to Bernie or have Channel 4 picked up the Beeb's tab?

I vaguely recall £35m which Ch4 will have picked up (or they may have got it at a discount.).

Some more info here: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/n...-with-Sky.html
