i was speaking to a trumiph dealer this afternoon, he was saying the 675 drinks oil, bewteen services it needs filling up very nearly empty after a good few hundered miles if riden hard.

good prices on them at the moment, come on kay, you only live once, who needs cars.

I can't remember the last time I've needed to top up the oil in any bike I've owned.

A mate of mine has a 600 Daytona I don't think that belongs to oilholics anonymous

mines not used any oil, its just what the guy said, he was quite shocked by it, a few have blown up that have come back to dealers, its a known problem he said.

I think you have to have close to a fanatical desire for a particular model , to justify buying anything but a jap bike nowadays .

I've heard about the 675 having oil consumption problems....so much so that engines have blown up after less than a week of adding oil.

Anyone want to put my bike in the back of a van and bring it down to me this weekend....2 weeks is too long!!!!!!
