Great looking car BB

How do you find it with a passanger? I had a go in one and felt I was sitting on the drivers lap as the seats are so close together after the S!

Some much better pics taken by my mate, with his 2.0T FSI in the background in the last shot.

I was rubbing elbows with my mate when I had to put the handbrake on, but other than that it wasn't too bad. My mrs is only little so she's not going to impede me changing gear or anything.

I always thought I turned in late with the S2000, but the 111R is demanding that I turn in even later or it'll run wide. I'm now managing to carry a lot more speed through the corners now, having realised that fact.

That engine bay looks cleaner than the 500 mile model I was driving this morning!

Very nice but I've heard that if you don't take it on track at least once a year Lotus send a man round to confiscate it.

That might not be true.
It may well be.

The salesman said they usually send out an invite once a year to new customers to join them at a Lotus sponsored track day and Knockhill. They usually have instructors on hand to go round with you and help you improve etc. I'll definitely go to that, but on the whole I have some stunning roads near me that I can use the car on quite well.

It f**king hates pot holes though - what a horrible noise it makes when you go over them.

Thankfully I'm not in Glasgow too often as it seems to have the lions share of them.
