Default help with car purchase

Lost the Peugeot 106 to pillock who hadn't seen the car (us) stopped in front of him. This knocked us into the car in front so both ends trashed. This is bound to now be scrapped once the insurance has paid for it.

So, I am looking for a replacement. I want the impossible:

low (ish) mileage
probably petrol
1000 cc (ish)
small car
insurance group that is not insane for a 22 female driver (daughter)
good on petrol
not a Clio (haha)
about 4 - 4.5k

I have looked at pishtinheads and there doesn't seem a great deal in this category

What suggestions do you have in what to look out for please

I have had a look around Salisbury today, and nothing! The online advertisers aren't any better for anything under 50 miles away. Is it 'go slow' cars sales week or something?

Buy a new Aygo Go. £130 a month, alloys, sat nav, air-con. Two years free servicing and a five year warranty. Really pleased with the one me and the missus bought.
Got it on a three year deal with a £4k balloon payment at the end. But these cars are sort after by young drivers (as you probably know)so it'll be worth more than that easily.
