You can't do that - regardless of why it's actually happening, it's sexist AND racist!!...

Bit of a let down
Some of the commentary was wrong as well,
Interested to hear that the pistons were assembled into the head of the engine.
Nice slugs; I'd assemble them into some of the shit heads that work at the beeb.

You get that sort of drivellatious commentary on every one of their programmes these days.

Continuity announcer who cannot modulate their voices.

But it's alright so long as they have an Oirish accent or something.

At least Viz isn't trying to be serious.

it came across as the kind of film they would show in school in a careers lesson.

gave quite a positive view as to what kids can achieve :/

Yes, it's sexist and racist in terms of what the company do - promote minorities.

However, if peers are awkward because of the preferential treatment and 'easy life' these minorities receive, then that is neither sexist NOR racist.

Even if Frank Stephenson came across as wonderfully insane!

Here's some more of my favourite toys. In the attic...

I followed a brand new black Mac today as it came out of the factory main gate, seemed very nice in the flesh.

It then came back the other way after I stopped for refreshments at the Honda Garage, so maybe it was on a test drive, its seems very small in the flesh compared to Ferrari's etc.

On the engine sound I take it it is a flat plane crank V8, not a nasty slow reeving US burbling type , more like a Ferrari with lots of revs and effectively 2 fours working in harmony on one crank with rev's, power and screaming on tap.

Not actually seen one yet.

Glad it's not as ludicrously-sized as most modern Ferraris.

The programme got a bit boring and repetitive towards the end for me. A few impressions in no particular order: the car is nicely sized with form = function to the fore, as such a true successor to the F1; the rest of the family is going to be interesting; what a massive investment and gamble this is, all through the credit crunch and out beyond; and fitting brakes is girls work

Thanks to Pie for posting that S2000 drive by - I too had forgotten that pure lovely sound
