Best of all it is BRITISH and not a foreign interloper.
Time to get up certain peoples noses and fly the Union Jack and St Georges flag and be proud to flaunt Britishness.
and I didn't want to originally post that but i love being patriotic (not BNP type patriotic I want to state). To the point where my crash helmet is the Arai Condor....
As a few of the guys on here can testify when they've seen me on track / kart days.
I love the AM Vantage - it is simply gorgeous with more than enough performance (for me, obviously not all the hamilton / button / mansell / s) on here.
.
You’re obviously not as accustomed to fast cars like many on here then
The AMV8 is on par with the Cayman S performance, which is 50K ish, AMV8's cost 90K ish.
Hence the comments, it's not that fast for the money compared to it's peers

Yeah I am, I've spent just as much time on the internet as all of them and am therefore able to form enough mis-informed opinion as the rest.
And as for comparing a Gayman to an Aston, no contest. There may be 40k difference, but if you only see the price difference then that says a lot by itself.

Reading to much into this aren’t you
Of course I don't only see price difference, the AMV8 is a very nice car, but it's nothing like a 0-100 in under 10seconds like some have claimed and not that fast for a 90K car , that's all.
I was asking myself if I *really* need to go racing at at one point. Only lasted a minute though
I haven't had a ride yet as I had to shoot off and experience the other side of british sports car ownership (removing a broken engine from a clown car), but will report back when I have. And then again when I've driven it
