Surely youtube can trace account and IP this was uploaded from? If the Police cannot figure that out, I am sure there are plenty of people that can. One of the police cars should have stopped and arrested as many of the apes on the side of the road as possible. If there is a not a law for being a stain on society, perhaps they should make one up.

 

it's not illegal to film somone going nuts. All you'd have is the address of a kid filmimg some "random guy he doesn't know".

Shame on the police for not being able to catch a saxo.
