McLaren F1 Simulator in Leeds City Centre
Just outside WH Smiths in town, there's a pukka Vodafone McLaren Mercedes F1 similator. It's free to try if you're over 18. 2 laps, fastest lap over the weekend gets 2 tickets to the silverstone GP.
The track. I'm still not sure what track it is. I didn't do desperately well, 1:21 compared to current wining time of 1:15. I know I could beat that time, but 2 laps isn't very many.
Check it out if you're in the area.

That was probably what was in the container lorry I saw leaving McLaren HQ last night.
I wouldn't worry about your time, the machine was probably too slow to record your legendary perfromance

What it does give you an appreciation for is the reaction time required, and short braking distances of an F1 car.
Hopefully, the F1 sim that comes out will have an accurate physics model behind it.
