Not really; as other Mugen Civics have proven, people are daft enough to spend it!

Gaz, if you drive one of those things, everyone will think you are a youngish girl with a huge, wobbly bum.

Whereas the the Civ will lead them to think you are just a bit insane.

Considering what else you can get fast hatch wise for the money it's a bit pricey!
