Default my new evo

hey,

so, here's some naff pics of my S2000s replacement - an evo viii mr fq300 - will take some better ones when i get a chance but just took these tonight.

the power is crazy - similar to the S in that there is a delay before it really comes on song - but when it does it's just mental - big grins

first owner had it badged up as a 340. the dealer says he thinks it has been chipped, hence the new badges but he can't tell for sure. i'm going to get it rolling roaded to see what the power is just so i know for sure. i'm gonna change the badges back to 300 anyway - don't like driving about with it badged as something it isn't even if it does have that power.

used one and a quarter tanks coming home from england (350 odd miles from the dealer in northampton) - don't think that was too bad tbh. i expect daily driving to be worse than the S though. S was

That must be an MR judging by the colour?? Looks like dark grey.

As stock I found it sluggish and I think an S2000 would stick with one.

It should do 200 miles to a tank on a work run, and 240 on the motorway even when pushing on. Mine has beed tweaked a lot and still uses the same fuel - bargain

Nice car but I did 300 miles today to see my mom and back home in a 1.8 mondeo and used just over a 1/4 tank of fuel. So about

Fuel economy sounds like mine !!! About 220/tank normal driving (mix of fun, drives to work etc.), maybe slightly more on the motorway and a LOT less when pushing it. Last weekend we went out for a bit of playing and I did about 85 miles/ half tank (about
