Looks pretty sweet It's amazing how honest the S2000 can keep scooby's/EVO's. I've now got a 300bhp STI-5 and I'd say from 60-up its only fractionally faster than my S2000.

I have a similar problem with the Elise. It honestly corners the same in the dry as it does in the wet, Kelk was in agreement when I mentioned to him a while back.

You can throw it in to roundabouts and if it lets go it somehow does so in slow motion so you can alway fix it. I'd love to attack some twisties along with an Evo to see what's what.

I know for a fact that if I drove the S2K at even 80% of how I do now in the 111R, either me or my S2K would be dead.

I'm sorry badda but I don't believe that for a minute. I've been in my mates elise when he spun it in the wet (with utter ease) and I've driven 100s of cars and not one has had wet performance anywhere near dry performance and this includes scoobys. I had all 4 wheels up and spinning yesterday on a slight bend in the wet and I had cronic understeer on a tight roundabout (way worse than in the dry). The scoobs lack of communication and adjustability hacks me off. Its a brutal and blunt instrament in every way. You get the result (going fast) but compared to the S2000 is like killing with a baseball bat vs a samari sword

SB - there might be a difference but the bugger is SO grippy! At a recent airfield day the Elise was doing a 90 degree left hand bend at 90mph.

I should say that initially it was taking it at 50 before spinning but after a bit of practise and tuition it was going at 90. Perhaps your mate was hte issue not the wet?

This was on a wet day; not standing water, but damp and wet (the Elise and the 7 were wheel spinning and skipping around accelerating hard in a straight line).

We were trying to get donuts out of the Elise but even that was hard as it just refused to let go !!

Perhaps what Bada means is that he hasn't got anywhere near its limit of grip in the dry, and so far in the wet he can get to the same point. The limit might be higher but it's a long way away

Im shocked, but mine grips and accelarates pretty much the same wet or dry in the right circumstance. This AYC thing really works.

Powering out of bends is the same wet or dry.
