Now there's a surprise!

I fought the law & the law won.

It always bloody does.

Still, it seems these days, they can't even properly set up a known criminal without making a balls of it. So he'll probably get off - on a technicality!

Be interesting to see why he's been arrested.

In my eyes it was always a when, not if.

However if this is re defending a client, do they not have indemnities against this sort of thing ??

Well the morality issue aside, he's become a master at exploiting loopholes in the law. However, if they didn't exist he would be able to do it......

Also, a lot of his successes are down to pinpointing where the police haven't followed procedures / rules and therefore aren't doing their jobs properly.

He'd still be a nobody if this wasn't the case.

Quite so - blame the system, not the lawyer who uses it to their client's advantage.

I'll be very interested to read the details of what he has been arrested in connection with.....

No offence but most lawyers are immoral (goes with the territory) and of course only a lawyer would say blame the system that extends them the courtesy of practicing in this way.
