Default Racing Car Is Born

Has anyone seen this show on Quest TV? (seems to have just popped up on freeview). Pretty interesting despite the extremely annoying presenter and his lame jokes.

Shows him building a westfield and then taking it racing.

No but I've heard of it, if it's the same one I'm thinking of it's quite old. Friend lent it to me on DVD but it wouldn't play for some reason.

Tall thin guy?

He was a Vet - then TV Vet then did a lot of "***** is born"

Done a helicopter, Cobra replica, Land Rover rebuild, MG restoration, E Type etc etc.

Not a bad life really.

I've watched a lot of them, quite entertaining, but been around for a while.

His presentation style development is interesting to see from the early days, when it was like talking to a Vet.

Evans is still a lot less cheesy than most "professional" oil-slick presenters.

The subjects are all fascinating too; At least aircraft standards forbid those f ucking awful pre-insulated crip connectors...
