I laughed out loud.

Actually, there's some really good surfacing and detailing - as with the Mk1 Granada in a "shut it you slag!" sort of way.

A great job by Giovanni Michelotti. Aged very well.

Got a bit of a 'revisionist history' view of those now; they were a bit odd, being a RWD conversion of a FWD design and they were made for far too long, so they seemed a bit crap in the late '70s. They really ought to have been the British BMW and the interiors seemed very classy.

Trouble is, the 'replacement' (SD2) really was totally the wrong car & it got canned.
