Missus' car got a rock of rocks in the screen last Friday, a proper screen smasher. So AutoG called out, 75 quid paid, new screen fitted last Monday.

She has been away in London most of the week (not in her car), thus its not really been driven. On her way home tonight, SMACK. A beast stone hit the top of the screen. Its out of her vision and not an mot failure but looking at the depth of this chunk, its a matter of time before it cracks.

So, thats 5 days and very little driving. That has to be a record of sorts. Any better out there?

 

Never needed one in... Err.. A few years

 

2 in one week. I might ask for a wind down one next time, infact, I think my insurers might get pissy with me

 

I must've had about six or seven in the S2000 in 49,000 miles.

That included one which lasted either a week or a fortnight...cannot recall.

So I'm used to your sort of luck.
