Glad to hear good sense prevailed.

I had an odd situation happen to me a couple of years ago. I had 6 points on my license, and was caught doing 93mph on a single lane national speed limit road I was expecting a further six points.

So - planned to take the solicitor to court, plead job loss etc but when I stated that yes it was me driving, and yes I'd like to go to court, nothing happened.

No response, no letter, no court date. Anyway seven months latter I received a letter which was sent to my Parents address saying I needed to pay a fine of
