Mmmnnn manufacturers figures

 

Exactly...... real world the old Boxster S was very close to the S2000 if a tad quicker. The new 2.7 Boxster should be neck and neck while the 3.2S is a fair chunk quicker

 

If only manufacturers would give you the proper figures that can be achieved.

It was neck and neck until I hit vtec then it was as if he was standing still Going to go out tommorrow and find another boxster driver to educate...

What the new 3.2? or the old one? The old Box S is only a tiny bit quicker than the S2000 but the new one is a fair bit faster....... however in a straight line it may not be very obvious?

 

Your 0-100mph video in your sig shows it can be done you seem to hit 60/62 in around 6.2 seconds as far as I can tell and that was with a very good clutch dump by the look of it to get close to most manufacturers figures you have to be very rough with the car.

 

So how did some of the magazines get 5.6?
