Get yourself down to the Woolworths closing down sale and buy yourself a black wallet, some glue, and a police badge kids toy.

This is one of the only occasions when i do have a go. I am by no means appointing myself as the road police, but will not tolerate someone blatantly endangering other road users/pedestrians lives.

Consider this: You see someone using their phone whilst driving to work, you fail to do anything. You get home and the same man ran over a member of your family because he wasn't concentrating enough...too busy on his mobile.

How would you feel having done nothing?

as Lee says, it's no different to DD

would I make a citizen's arrest?

of course not

would I call the police if I could - yes

same as I would have no hesitation in phoning the police if I saw a drink driver leaving the pub and getting into his/her car

Taking action is pointless - they don't know it's at them.

As I said - get past these jokers as fast as possible - they are someone elses accident
Just get a nice big Range Rover and give them all rear quarter nudges to spin them out and make them crash lol

Leave them to it

It's pointless to try and stem the tide of stupidity

Until heavy fines and/or confiscation of said phone are commonplace it will continue, besides, who's out there to stop them.?

I went on my driver aweareness course yesterday as opposed to picking up 3 points on my license. The tutors were saying that the last one they had turned nasty. This nurse had been on duty all night trying to save someones life as she had been hit by a driver that had been talking on his mobile phone and this other guy on the course was saying it was ok to talk on the phone in your car and he had plenty of meetings while he was driving using his mobile phone. She flew at him pulled his hair and punched him in the face.
