'fester - nope went for the Darth Vader version
Nick - I was driving Megane RS250 Cups with Recaros a few days before and I'm more than confident I can keep similar pace in Roc (once I have all the switches in the right place )

There's a black one kicking around here and a blue one too - both sound rather nice when they go hoofing past. Any colour other than white is cool

That I don't doubt, now I've come to think of the iRoc as a latter-day EG Civic minus the DW plus a snail. And a load of pies. Just gaffer tape over the switches once set & people'll think its carbon fibre & not Duck Tape.

It's just whether the EG fun factor's still there...

I've got the DSG box on my Golf GTI Edition 30 and I really like it. Great fun with the flappy paddles. I've actually just ordered some little carbon fibre paddle extenders to see what they're like on it too.

Enjoy the car!

Thanks but hell will freeze over before I sell the Elise.

Sell the elise, keep the S2K for fun and then you'll have something you can still use in the week if you're DESPERATE to get the roof down.

Done.

The aircon on the Clio was shite so somewhat concerned about general build quality. I am now having naughty thoughts about an Asbo Focus (ST-3)

Well I have done a part ex with the S2000 against a 2010 Focus ST-3 with Mountune 260 package plus a few other Mountune goodies. Have decided to sell my Elise after all, and intend to get either an older S2000 or a Boxster to provide the weekend/holiday open top fix.

Have a crack in the new Meg sometime - it's aircon is superb and it tips the Clio into a cocked hat
But take your time, its surprisingly able once you 'learn it' and at first glance although it seems easy, there is a lot more to find.

Would be nice to see an intro thread on the ST-3MT, it was on my list but not my wifes unfortunately
