I like it purely as an entertainment show.

If I want a proper car stuff I watch Fifth Gear.

Oh, FFS - it sounds like some of you think it's in any way serious & not a complete parody of itself.

Are senses of humour positively correlated with property equity or something?

Lovely show.

I really enjoy it.

Come on.

Enjoy it.

I thought the bit on the E-Type was excellent and for once I agreed with Clarkson. We should celebrate our engineering masterpieces more than we do, and we should be proud of how we have changed the world. Although I do think the Mini is more of an icon of excellent British Engineering than the E-Type, the Mini revolutionised the small city car. However, the E-Type is beautiful and a true British sports car, magnificent.

Our one also does not start at the moment though! haha! Think the carbs are gummed up with shitty petrol that goes off.

Old cars need to be used ... properly, not sat in garages under wraps gathering wax

I'm siding with Nick on this one guys - this show really is just for fun and that's it.

I've always enjoyed it for it's silly antics, brash super cars and general slagging of cars that
look a bit naff.

I'd prefer it to be a bit more "tomorrows world" than the childish stuff which goes on though, and I think a lot of enthusiasts agree. I guess it has to appeal to a wide audience though. Sadly that means you have to put up with non-motoring educated people passing on Clarkson's opinions as fact. This is particularly annoying at work on a Monday, where you get people coming to you (as they know you like cars) saying "oh did you see what Clarkson said about a mini being faster than an Enzo..."

I'd just be happy if the binned Hammond though. He is particularly annoying, but they probably picked him to appeal to "the other half" watching it too.
