Look much much better in the flesh, but it still looks a bit strange.

Can't say I am too bothered as it drives so well, great handler, awesome 6 piston brakes (not even used on M cars), and so fast - no other similar car for the money that I like and that fits my requirements to be honest.

ADP - options are - white, red leather, xenon's, logic 7 hifi, professional stereo, darkened glass, ipod / USB connector, headlight washers

Delivery due end of April.

Good review here that I read today:

It couldn't look any worse!

Truly a Marmite car, I guess. It could drive like a dream but I'm not sure I could ever get past the styling, even though I wouldn't be able to see it once inside the car. The boot looks plain wrong.

I've just seen 5th gear and whatever the outcome.... I couldn't take a car that looks like that seriously.

It may be quick.... but blimey its ugly and all out of proportion.

If BMW carry on making things like that they'll have to add a 'False beard and glasses option'
Thing is, one gets elevated renderings on BMW's webshite.

There is no reason the car HAD to look like that; its proportions ought to be fairly normal.

There again, there was no reason the E30 had to look so comically tall & narrow, either.

I suppose it's a Noddy car look one either gets or doesn't. Personally, I never have.
