It's a oil additive. it fills major and fine scratches on the cylinder wall which causes compression leak down. reduces oil consumption and equallizes compression across all the cylinders. Great stuff!

how much does this cost and where can i get it and whats the brand name thanks

The brand name is restore. any auto parts store sells it. it's about 5-6$ acan. it's in a silver can. make sure you get the one for 4 cylinders. they make it for 4-6-8 cylinder engines.
