Default Anywhere to get metal cut cleanly?

I really like the ARC cooling plate, and I like snorkel intakes, but ARC doesn't make the cooling plates with snorkel cutouts.
Do you guys know anywhere around the Raleigh area that cuts thin aluminum clean and crisp? And how much would that cost?

Thanks guys!

You need a machine shop, and a hand full of money. Just ask around, you may be able to get it done for around $20 if the shop isn't too busy. I rough cut aluminum, and then step from 400 to 2500 grit sand paper against a straight edge at home. It's slow, but it looks factory if you're patient.

As long as the cut can be done very clean, I'm definetely down. Haven't bought anything yet. Is it ok to PM you about getting together to have this done?
