Autocross School
I didn't do the school, but I did make it to the autocross. Great site, great weather, and a really well run event. Good job, Triad.
Only thing missing was my driving skills.
Here's a few S2000 pics that I pulled from a Picasa Album (link-1 & link-2) that a fella posted in the Triad forums.
Jay MR driving, Jon Nwanagu riding. Jay set FTD. Jon missed it by bumping a cone just before the finish. Both SCR guys.
SC_Highlander flyin' in my car.

Me.

I believe Joe Magyar jumped in Jay MR's car for his last few runs. The autocross community is just cool like that.

Keith Vail had a smoking run for 2nd fastest S2000 of the day.

I jumped in Jay's for my last run since both of my front tires are starting to show some cord on the outside edge (which will be used as an excuse as to why I wasn't in the 55's with my own car, haha).
Never having driven a CR or AP2 with race tires, with a passenger, fighting to keep the car pointed the right way for the entire run, and I was still over .2s faster in Jay's car than my own. That CR is pretty stupid for only having tires and everything else stock. Keith's car was more planted I thought, but he has Koni's and a Saner bar. I wish I could've done a bit better and closed the gap in the results between AP1, AP2 and CR a bit more.
Glad you guys made the trip up and that the weather was perfect for autocross. And truthfully, our events normally run smoother, but with 2 major car problems on course and a bunch of timing errors through the day, everything worked out pretty well to be done running by around 3.
