You don't have the duckbill on yours? Contact AEM and have them send you one. It's a single hole you drill and it drains itself. All the newer intakes came with them.

ordering fipk tomorrow. not willing to gamble on it. the injen cai is nice but this makes me nervous. yeah yeah i know the chances are slim it would happen. my name aint slim lol.

U find it difficult to believe any aftermarket intake that isnt a icebox will not out perform the stock one.

Yves, you know I've had an AEM V2 intake since I bought my car 6 years ago. Daily driven, over 100k miles in all sorts of weather and I have never had an issue. It would be false to say that I never worried about it in a major storm with lots of standing water but I have never had an issue (Praise the Lord). You know how low my car sits too.

fipk will be here tomorrow and on saturday. peace of mind. in fact when i get yellowjacket back, i'll put the fipk on it and put the modded stock on whity. old switch-a-roo. i'm glad to know many with these cai setups have had no issues. for me i would rather not chance it. its a great intake and makes good power.
