You don't have the duckbill on yours? Contact AEM and have them send you one. It's a single hole you drill and it drains itself. All the newer intakes came with them.
Yves, you know I've had an AEM V2 intake since I bought my car 6 years ago. Daily driven, over 100k miles in all sorts of weather and I have never had an issue. It would be false to say that I never worried about it in a major storm with lots of standing water but I have never had an issue (Praise the Lord). You know how low my car sits too.
fipk will be here tomorrow and on saturday. peace of mind. in fact when i get yellowjacket back, i'll put the fipk on it and put the modded stock on whity. old switch-a-roo. i'm glad to know many with these cai setups have had no issues. for me i would rather not chance it. its a great intake and makes good power.
