Looks like it's time to call Essex Parts for an AP Racing BBK w/ 2-piece rotors. 1-hr instal time – you'll be ready for VIR by tomorrow. Tell Daniel I sent you :-)

I agree time for bbk. I have stoptech and it's been great. You will save the. Pay of upgrade in rotors and pads over time. Especially if you are doing 30+ track days per year.

3 this weekend. Putting that in perspective I've cracked 4 in total, all of which were at Road Atlanta.

I need to find a solution with the same size rotor to avoid taking points, or revisit the build to figure out how I can fit it in.

Racing brake makes a 2piece rotor that is the same diameter but a little thicker than stock. I don't believe that would affect points but check with the racing guys. They are quite pricey though.

Wouldn't cost me points since it's the same diameter but wow @ $654 a pair! I think I'll keep cracking cheaper ones. I bought a pair from Autozone yesterday...guaranteed no questions asked for 2 years. Let's see if they survive VIR...

I used to do that too but they only would give me one replacement in the 2yr period. That's why I picked up the bbk used but in your case that's not a great option since you are going to compete in a specific class.
