Close soft top when motor is death

Default Close soft top when motor is death

Anybody can tell me how to manually close the soft top when the motor is death, i know it is possible but dont remember how to and find nothing on the forum. Thank you!

Check your e-brake safety switch, motors might be still good. Also you have 2 fuses I believe for soft top motor, I think one is related to wipers too, not positive though.

On the passenger side all the way against the fire wall there's a 1 wire connector tucked up under the dash. I believe it's a red wire with a white stripe. Disconnect it and the brake will release in the motors. You can then gently close the top by hand.

What SgtB said....If you don't have a owners manual search for one online and the info is in there.

I think that we can close it manually with a rod include on the tool with the jack but i dont remember how to
