It's time for the "officially" un-official non-event known as fall McDragon!

What:
A small very informal gathering of S2Ks and friends at Deals Gap to drive the Dragon one last time before winter sets in and hang out with fellow enthusiasts. No schedules, no real plans...just come when you can, make your own reservations and come spend a day or two or three with some of our favorite people!

When:
Ron and I are headed up on Saturday AM, 11/8, returning home Tuesday, 11/11 (Veteran's Day is a work holiday for me; woohoo!). Come join us for all or part of the time as your schedule allows.

Where:
The DRAGON and surrounding roads (NC/TN border)

(Sunday 11/9 is the last day the Grill is open, with Monday, 11/10 as the last day the store/gas station is open.

Staying:
Fontana Village
Lodge rooms, cabins and camp sites available. They're running some fantastic discounts this time of year. A few of us will be staying in a cabin, so feel free to drop by and say "hi".

i was trying to organize with some local gville guys for the same weekend.....my uncles coming up from charleston with his supercharged harley and bringing some of his buddies..figured id tag along with them
