Hi everyone!
I landed in Houston Monday morning. We are having briefings, assessments, equipment issue, etc. all this week. Things have been going quite well so far except for missing family, friends, my motorcycle, and of course, my S2000. I have not seen an S here yet, but I did see a silver Element! and thought of Raul.
We will be flying out this weekend and will arrive in Baghdad the middle of next week after a few stops in between. I'll be in Baghdad for another week of in-processing and then it will be off to the place where I will spend the next year doing my best to make life better for our troops and those who trying to establish and maintain freedom.
I doubt I will have access to the forum during the transistion period to my duty station, but I will update everybody as soon as I can.
Its nice here in Texas, but I already miss the Carolinas.
