Looking for a place to test seats in central NC

Just a consideration...
Race seats are not known for being comfy. They generally have thin padding so the driver can feel the road better. They are form fitting, so they trick you into thinking they are comfy at first. But after a 4-hour trip to the mountains on thin padding you might want the OEM seats back.
If you only test them for 5 min, really pay attention to how hard they are and mentally multiply this over the amount time you expect to drive. Also think of your passengers. My wife really stopped enjoying my car when I changed the seats.

That said, if you want to try out race seats, go to the nearest autox or track day and ask people to try their seats. I can guarantee that those who have purchased race seats will let you try theirs as they know the pain of finding the right one. That's how I found the Sparco Pro2000 was the right seat for me.
