I've been reading up how people have lowerd the drivers seat or bought different rails. The rails are kind of pricy but i'd really like to be lower.

Has anyone local to the Raleigh area lowered the seat without buying the rails? I'd like to sit in it to see if i'm more comfy.

but from what I've read it takes new rails...I'm interested in seeing if anyone has lowered without new rails myself.

 

I have the BYS driver's seat rails if you want to see how low it goes. I'm the one who posted pics on pg 3 of the thread linked above. The drop is subtle but definitely noticable if you sit in the passenger seat, which is not lowered.
