i mean doing this during heavy traffic isnt smart but on an abandoned stretch of road what is the harm other than to yourself if something should go wrong?

you shouldnt condemn him if you dont know the circumstances. if it turns out he was driving that way on a road w/ other traffic then yah its a good thing he got caught. otherwise i think yall should be cut him some slack.
