i hope the guy that said he wants my car and "has cash in hand" isnt just screwin around, cuz this whole situation is puttin me under a lil bit of unwanted stress. i love my s but something bigger and faster would be awesome.

i would go evo x the car is way more advanced than the older ones and takes mods even better much better suspension and makes more power with less mods or look at an older STI much better drive train than the earlier evos and bullet proof trans just my .02 good luck

EVO and STI have HUGE insurance bills. If you are scared of that like I was the only solution is the Forester Turbo. Almost as fast as STI plus insurance that is barely more than a Civic. Plus for some extra dough any Subaru tuner can make it as fast as an STI.

Older STI's are known for having weak transmissions, where did you get your information because last I checked the STI 6 speed is made of glass! Unless you buy a JDM type RA 5 speed, you have a weak subie trans. I know people that weekly two step launch there Evo with the 5 speed tranny no problem. The 6 speed in the MR has some issues with grinding gears though.
