Default SoftTopGuy?

Why do I have to keep making threads so that you'll call me to get my top replaced under warranty? I understand that you've had hard times and I've been way more than patient considering... why are you not answering your phone or texts THIS time???? My patience is running out. I'm not trying to put you on blast but it seems this is the only way I can get you to respond. My 3-4 month old top is getting to where it is wearing thru. We need to get this issue resolved (replace my top) so that you can do what you do and I can quit bothering you about a warranty issue that should've been fixed about 2 months ago. You do good work and have an excellent side business doing what you do but to be honest the good name that SoftTopGuy had is dwindling...will you please get your stuff together!!! I'm saying this from the point of a friend and a customer.... you've got something very good going for you doing what you like.

I would also like a response to my question about the "pleating" on my top. So, when you go to fix Bill's top...I can come as well and you can look at it and fix or replace...you get to kill two issues with one meet...hope that is OK?

Not sure if anyone is aware of this. B's online moderator that monitors his screen name for customers on here is out of town at the moment and B is also dealing with his garage being broken into and over $10k worth of quality parts including all his soft tops at the moment....STOLEN. If you guys could give him a break at the moment ontop of still working on customers vehicles right now he is also dealing with this with no help. He will get back to you just a lot going on right now.

S2K_Performance... I'm very aware of everything and then some! Every time I text or call he always has something going on... something going on so much that it requires me to make a thread like this EVERYTIME!!! It's doesn't take long to answer your phone or return a text but after getting no response for 2 or 3 days it gets annoying kind of like these threads. If you can take the time to pick up your phone look at it then put it back down then you have time to answer or text back... unless you just don't want to be bothered.

Let me add to this...don't get me wrong he does excellent work and he's VERY meticulous... I will still recommend him to friends or whoever needs tops done.

I own and actively operate 2 different businesses, married with 4 kids...who all have different activities and play tournament golf... I can assure you I am busy...but when one of my clients sends me an email or leaves me a voice mail, I return it as soon as possible, never longer than 24 hours. I think it is unfortunate that B had his stuff stolen, but that is not an excuse to leave me hanging. The last hurricane that came through NC put my office out of commission for 2 weeks...but my clients did not suffer. So those of you who are friends of B should not make excuses for him, you should encourage him to answer his emails and text messages. I just want my top fixed.
