I am going thru a similar issue with billy. I paid for a top as part of a group install in NY in March. We showed up to get the top installed only to learn that he had the wrong top for my car. He said that Robbins shipped the wrong one. He assured me that he would be back soon to install the correct top. It has been over 6 months and nothing. He texted my son in August about his break in and that it set him back. I waited over a month and then tried him, but he has not responded to emails, texts, phone calls or PMs.
If you need more people to join in on a lawsuit, count me in.
How ironic that he complains so loudly about his shop getting broken into, but he is more than willing to steal from us. He is worse than those thieves that broke into his shop. He is stealing from his friends (now former friends).
