IS THIS THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR ATTENTION? YOU INSTALLED MY TOP EARLIER THIS YEAR AND IT'S GOT 2 WEAR MARKS WHERE YOU INSTALLED IT, YOU SAID IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND THAT YOU WOULD REPLACE IT....SO REPLACE THE DAMN THING AND QUIT GIVING ME A DAMN RUN AROUND!
He has not contacted me either??? I have a text message on my phone that he sent me on the 30th of August...said it would be 2 or 3 weeks. Have not heard a thing since then. My top has a little roller coaster across the middle. Come on B, take care of your customers!
Mine wont take more than 1 hour...nothing in the back since the roll bar install.

Followup on that, I paid him on April 30th, things happened, rescheduled, things happened, rescheduled, things happened again. I have a top with major tears and I haven't had contact from him for about a month, and I'm just asking for a refund at this point.
If I don't get a response soon, I'm filing a lawsuit in small claims court.
I've been as patient as patient can be, and I've spent the whole summer with a duct-taped roof. Frankly, no matter what the outcome and whether or not this crap finally gets resolved without me having to go through the legal system, I would recommend that no one bother with someone who doesn't respond for weeks and months at a time. He may be a good person, and I feel for the things he's gone through personally, but as a businessperson... he sucks. Maybe this can light a fire under him. I've left phone messages, texts, and multiple emails, along with personal messages. I don't care anymore if he can come and do it tomorrow, I'd rather have the refund, because if he installs something and I have issues with it, he's demonstrated multiple times that he can't be counted on to fix things.
Oh, and B, if you read this soon, if I have to go through the courts I'm charging interest and fees for my time wasted. Or you refund my money asap. That's business, and you have to treat it as such.

If Billy or one of his friends read this, I wanted to inform him that he has a text message, email, private message on S2KI, and private message on his Facebook business page. This message consists of a final request and opportunity for resolution before I start the long and tedious process of filing a civil lawsuit and pressing criminal charges.
