Correct (if you're considering as viewpoint of "days"). Sheila's initial post/invitation was referring to "nights" staying over...(for sake of making reservations with the lodge)

I'm probably going to leave early Friday morning around 5-6am, since it is such a long drive,
Tomas,

We will be leaving Greer, SC around 6 AM on Friday. That should put us at the I-26/I-40 merge at at around 7:30. On Mapquest, it looks like Exit 46 on I-40 would be a good meeting place. If you leave at 5, then this should work. If you want to leave later (your 12-hour shift), then we can meet you an hour later or so.

Anyone else who wants to meet, speak up

We'll run to the Robbinsville gro store for most of the supplies, but feel free to bring whatever you'd like! They sell beer at Fontanna, but if you want any other adult beverages, you should bring your own.

I plan to be packin' some wine, cheeses, crackers, and a few staples. I think Ron's planning to bring a few cigars and perhaps a single malt Scotch to facilitate mountain-man bonding.

^^^ Ditto on that question.

We have never been to Fontana or to an S2000 get together, so we would appreciate any advice on what to bring. We reserved a poolside room, but these do not have a fridge. Surely can't fit much of a cooler in the cavernous S2000 trunk. We plan to bring some sort of libation, cheese, munchies.

What does everyone plan to do for meals? Any advice on local restaurants?

There is a fine restaurant within the Lodge on the grounds. And that's a good thing...because 'local' restaurants' don't really exist otherwise .
