Badness, I'm so glad you finally got an "adjustment".

Well, after a few days to reflect on the task completed last weekend.......here are my humble impressions.

As MyBladder indicated above, 1/2 of the 16 valves were "in spec" on my 2002, w/only 7-8 loose ones. With 31,000+ miles on the clock, I've never heard much valve tapping but what I'd describe as almost a " static " noise coming from my beloved 2.0. Well, it's practically gone now.

For those really considering this, it really helps to have a crack expert team behind you to check & recheck your efforts.

When it's all done, and when you , there is great piece-of-mind that everything spinning around in there is adjusted just as the Honda engineers designed.

Thanks for the help, conversation, pizza & expertise Phil & Rod. Thank you Jaglady for the early AM conversation & delicious hot coffee in a Scuderia Ferrari Mug no-less!

I've always wondered about that same "static" noise, and after I heard yours at the last autoX I figured it was normal........guess I better get to work now.
