Told you the gauge was junk. 
anytime the cylinders are dead even and low you should suspect a bad gauge. Most of the time the little schrader valve on the plug adapter blows by. Have fun. Launch around 5 to 7k and nail it. You want a tiny bit of wheel spin to spare the diff.
