Default What should I do with my car?

I've had my S2000('00, 190k miles) for over 12 years and have loved every mile. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, I hit a deer and spun out into a ditch. The impact broke the left rear knuckle/brake rotor and the left front tie rod/steering rack. No body damage other than to the front and rear bumpers. I had the car brought to my house on a rollback. Insurance adjuster said it was a total loss(it now has a salvage title). As luck would have it, while sitting outside exposed, we had a golf ball size hail storm come through. So now the car is covered in dings and a dozen or more holes in the top. I don't want to put a ton of money into a salvaged car. Should I make it drivable and enjoy a beat up S2000 from the driver's seat? Sell it? Part it out?

buy a new/used S. as for the wrecked one, parts/track car. scrap yard won't give you squat for it. turn it into a track beater or break it down and part out parts you don't need or can use. good luck.

Either sell it as a parts car/project car and get a few thousand for it, or make it your own project. Like yellowjacket said, you won't get diddly at a scrap yard and you could easily sell it private party.
