Default CA 2006 Laguna Blue Honda S2000 43k miles

First Name: Qingyu
Price: $35,000 (OBO)
Location: Cupertino, California
Contact: Send email to hails.shoal-0e@icloud.com
Details about the Car: 2006 Laguna Blue Honda S2000 with 43k miles.

- Clean title; probably second owner. 3 keys (two with remotes).
- Bought used in 2013 around 16k miles. Has been my weekend car and took it on a few road trips.
- Had a head gasket leak around 33k miles. Repaired at a machine shop.
- Installed a Hard Dog roll bar (by Blacktrax; bolted) around 39K miles. Took it to track days for a few times since. During the installation, they had to remove part of interior along the way (see pic; I kept removed interior in garage and will go with the car unless you don't want them). Otherwise it's stock.
- New battery; changed oil, oil filter, engine air filter, and cabin air filter around July.
- New Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires.
- New brake rotors and pads.
- New spark plugs.
- There is a ding on the driver door (see pic) and another slight ding on the rear quarter panel of driver side (couldn't capture it on camera). Tiny paint defects and touchups over front hood and bumper and some other areas; could use some detailing and paint fix if you are meticulous about finish. Soft-top is in good shape; it extends and retracts just fine.
- Comes with a ton of paperwork if you want them

Update 10/18/2022:
- Put on a new set of Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires.
- Installed new brake rotors and pads (front and rear). The noise from rear right wheel is now gone.

Update 10/19/2022:
- Clarified that rollbar is bolted to the chassis.
- Added a picture of the engine compartment.

Update 10/26/2022:
- Replaced the spark plugs.
- Updated the photos.

(Ding on driver side door.)

(White mark is just bird poop. Should go away with a proper wash.)

(Removed interior when installing the roll bar.)

(The rollbar is bolted to the chassis.)

(Engine compartment.)

Default questions

Is the roll bar bolted in or welded? Can you take pics of the engine compartment, and under the car? Thanks

It's bolted. Took a picture of that and the engine compartment and added to the original post.

I couldn't jack the car high enough to give an overview of the under-carriage. Is there a specific area that you want to see, like the bottom of engine compartment or the suspension area?

It's the same car What you thought as "Suzuka blue" are just areas that are normally concealed behind plastics and leathers, so Honda didn't bother to correctly paint and clearcoat them. They are now accessible and showing up in the pictures because the installation of the rollbar removed some of the interior.

Default Price

You can get your price if you wash the car, detail the engine bay, clean up the interior and top, and shoot better underside photos. Otherwise it’s a $30k car presented like this, with this mileage

Thanks for the suggestion! I found a good place and have reposted the photos. They should look a lot nicer now

Also I had the spark plugs replaced with new ones too, besides the tires and brakes.
